Educational Courses

Brook House Farm works in partnership with Lincoln College to provide training opportunities for full time, part time and students wanting to study in the evening.

The courses we offer at the yard range from the Certificate in land based studies (Horse Route) - which is a level 1 qualification, the first qualification on the equestrian qualifications ladder to the Advanced National Certificate - a level 3 qualification which has A level equivalence.
The other qualifications include the National Certificate and NVQ 1 and 2 in Horse Care which are very practical qualifications and prepare students for the world of work in the equine industry.

We are also able to offer some BHS stage qualifications such as the BHS Stage 1.
The BHS Horse Owners Certificate is a 10 week evening course held on a Tuesday evening. Students can progress from level 1 all the way to level 4.

This year all level 2 programmes are free to students who do not hold any other level 2 qualifications!
