At Brook House Farm we do everything possible to protect our visitors' privacy and to ensure the security of all visitor information. We will never give or sell your personal details to a third party except where we are obliged to by law. This section of the site explains how we use your information.

Visitors to our Website

When someone visits we use third party software, Matomo, hosted by SiteE@se, our web developer, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is anonymised and processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow SiteE@se to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. If we do need to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will be up front about this. We will make it clear when we collect personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it.

Using Our Contact Form

To make it easy for visitors to email us we have a contact form on our website. Through this we receive visitor names and email addresses. We use that information to respond to requests, queries and comments that visitors may make. This information is not stored on the website. It is sent to us in a secure email and processed using using standard email software such as Outlook.

Kids Club & Holiday Activities

We may record data such as child's name, address, parent/carer contact and other personal details as part of the registration process for these activities.  This is necessary for insurance, safeguarding and emergency purposes whilst children are in our care.  Such data will be manually recorded on forms and is not retained when the activity or child's enrollment has ceased.  We do not collect and store such information on this website.
